Affiliate Program Terms

1. About This Program

The EstiFlow Affiliate Program is operated by EstiFlow Pty Ltd (ABN 46 696 116 435) ("EstiFlow", "we", "us"). By participating as an affiliate ("Affiliate", "you"), you agree to these terms and our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Participation is by invitation only. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
  • Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to receive commission payments.
  • Not be a current employee of EstiFlow.
  • Comply with all applicable laws when promoting EstiFlow.

3. Commission Structure

Unless separately agreed in writing, the default commission rate is 10% (ten percent) of the net amount paid by a qualifying customer referral, excluding GST, refunds, and chargebacks. Your specific commission rate is shown on your affiliate dashboard.

3.1 Qualifying Referral

A "qualifying referral" is a paying customer who:

  • Arrives at estiflow.com.au via your unique referral link (?ref=YOURCODE) and retains the estiflow_ref cookie at checkout, or
  • Applies your assigned referral discount code at checkout, and
  • Completes payment for a non-refunded EstiFlow job.

3.2 Attribution Window

Referral cookies persist for 90 days. If a customer clicks your link and purchases within that window, you receive commission. Later repeat purchases by the same customer may also qualify while they remain attributed to your affiliate account.

3.3 Hold Period

Commissions enter a 14-day pending hold after the customer pays. This absorbs refund requests. At the end of the hold period, commissions automatically promote to confirmed and become eligible for payout, provided the underlying job has not been refunded, cancelled, or disputed.

3.4 Refund Reversals

If a customer is refunded before or after commission matures, EstiFlow will reverse the commission. If the commission has already been paid out, you agree to return the paid amount or have it offset against future payouts.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed manually by bank transfer (or an alternative method agreed in writing). The minimum payout threshold is AUD $250. Payouts are issued within 10 business days of request, provided sufficient confirmed commission is available.

Australian affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting. EstiFlow may issue a Recipient-Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) on your behalf; by participating you agree to accept RCTIs if offered. You must supply a valid ABN before the first payout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referral. Purchasing EstiFlow jobs through your own referral link or code to earn commission on yourself.
  • Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages promoting EstiFlow without the recipient's prior consent.
  • Paid search on EstiFlow brand terms. Bidding on "EstiFlow" or close variants on Google, Bing, or other paid-search platforms.
  • Misrepresentation. Claiming to be EstiFlow, making unverified accuracy or pricing claims, or implying professional certifications we do not hold.
  • Incentive fraud. Running cashback, coupon-stacking, or click-fraud campaigns that inflate attribution.
  • Regulated channels. Promoting in ways that breach the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable regulation.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

EstiFlow grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to use the EstiFlow name, logo, and supplied marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting qualifying referrals. You must not modify the logo, register confusingly similar domain names, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement beyond this Program.

7. Cookies & Data Privacy

The estiflow_ref attribution cookie is set on a visitor's browser for up to 90 days when they arrive via your referral link. We collect referred customers' email, name, and job metadata solely for commission tracking. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason. On termination:

  • Confirmed commissions above the payout threshold will be paid in the next scheduled payout run.
  • Pending commissions (within the 14-day hold) are forfeited if termination is for cause (Section 5).
  • Your referral codes are deactivated immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes (commission rate decreases, new prohibited conduct, payout threshold increases) will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

EstiFlow's total liability under this Program is capped at the commissions owed to you for the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are to be resolved in the courts of NSW.
